Can you move our office over a weekend?

Yes. Weekend and evening office moves are a standard request and are the usual way to avoid downtime. Tell us your closing time on the last working day and the hour you need to reopen, and we plan backwards from that.

How far in advance should we book an office move?

Book as early as you can once the new lease is confirmed. Larger offices need the survey and written move plan agreed well ahead, and early booking secures the weekend slot you want.

Do you handle IT and server equipment?

We pack and transport computers, monitors and peripherals per workstation. Server and network equipment is handled in coordination with your IT team, who should manage the shutdown and reconnection.

Can you provide a written move plan for our facilities team?

Yes. After the site survey you receive a written plan covering sequence, timing, labelling method and what staff need to do before the move. It is meant to be circulated internally.

Do you move retail stock and fixtures?

Yes. Retail relocations including shelving, display fixtures and stock are part of our commercial moving service. Stock is inventoried so nothing goes unaccounted for.

How is confidential paperwork handled?

Files go into sealed, numbered crates that are logged and delivered to the specified room. We can work alongside your own staff if your policy requires supervised handling.
